With over two decades dedicated to kiteboarding, Jyostn Raaz brings a wealth of experience and passion to the sport. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, and raised in the coastal town of Adicora, Jyostn discovered his love for kiteboarding at 13. What began as a thrilling hobby quickly evolved into a lifelong pursuit and profession.
Jyostn’s journey in kiteboarding spans 21 years, including a remarkable 20 years as an instructor. His extensive expertise and deep understanding of the sport make him a trusted mentor for beginners and seasoned riders. His teaching career flourished in Colombia, particularly in the picturesque coastal community of Mayapo, where he has honed his skills for the past 8 years.
As an instructor, Jyostn Raaz is known for his patient demeanor, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to safety. His students appreciate his ability to tailor lessons to individual learning styles, ensuring rapid progress and confidence on the water.
